Все наши серверы расположены в Санкт-Петербурге
Могу ли я взять сервер на тест?
Да, вы можете заказать один из следующих VPS для проведения тестов на 3 дня:
Linux HDD Sandbox, Linux HDD 1, Linux HDD 2
Linux SSD Sandbox, Linux SSD 1, Linux SSD 2
Для этого вам необходимо создать новый заказ не оплачивая его и предоставить нам номер заказа или счета в тикете поддержки вместе с запросом на тестовый периуд.
Из-за стоимости лицензии WIndows Server, Windows VPS нельзя предоставить для бесплатного тестового периода. Без лицензии Windows Server мы не устанавливаем.
Каждому клиенту можно предоставить тестовый сервер только однажды.

Есть ли у вас тестовый IP и файлы для скачивания?
Да, вы можете найти тестовые IP (IPv4 и IPv6), а также файлы для скачки здесь
Вы предоставляете IPv6 для ваших серверов?
Да, все VPS предоставляются с одной unrouted /64 подсетью и ее нельзя сделать routed или завести больше/дополнительные подсети.
Выделенным серверам можно подключить до трех /56 или /48 подсетей в зависимости от типа сервера (/56 для серверов Medium и /48 для серверов Heavy)
Можно ли добавлять PTR записи?
Да.
Для VPS вы можете настроить PTR в панеле VPS. Инструкции.
Для Выделенных серверов PTR настраивается в личном кабинете, в настройках сервера. Инструкции.

Какой уровень поддержки вы предоставляете?
Все наши серверы являются "unmanaged", это означает что мы не отвечаем за работу программного обеспечения на вашем сервере, или за сбои связанные с ним.

Вы предоставляте "managed" серверы?
На данный момент мы не предоставляем услуги по администрированию.
Как быстро вы отвечаете на тикеты поддержки?
На общие вопросы: до 15 минут в наше рабочее время (в будние дни 10:00 - 18:00 GMT+2) и до 24 часов в выходные и праздничные дни.
На технические вопросы: до трех часов в наше рабочее время и до 72 часов в выходные и праздничные дни.
Предоставляете ли вы гарантию беспрерывной работы серверов?

Какие ОС доступны для установки на VPS?
Для Linux VPS: доступны все самые популярные дистрибутивы (CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu, Fedora). Из-за технических ограничений не все версии дистрибутивов доступны на всех тарифах.
Для Windows VPS: Windows server 2008R2, 2012R2 and Windows server 2016

Can i install from my own ISO?
Yes. Please provide a direct download link to the ISO and a request for adding it to the list of available ISO's by opening a support ticket.
This, however, is valid only for Linux distributions and we will not be able to add a Windows ISO due to licensing constrains.
Do you provide VPS snapshots/backups?
Currently no, but you are welcome to use a backup VPS to store your files, or use a 3rd party service, such as the highly recommended Backblaze.
Can you restore my VPS after it has been terminated?
No, VPS termination is final and all data is irreversibly lost.
Billing:
What payment options do you provide?
You can use PayPal (either as manual or subscription payments), most common Credit/Debit cards, Bitcoin (your wallet needs to support the Bitcoin Payment Protocol), as well as Webmoney, Yandex money and Qiwi.
Due to legislative limitations, international customers need to have a signed contract with us in order to use direct bank transfers. To sign a contract, please open a support ticket and provide your company and contact details.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued on a case-to-case basis, be it full or partial and are considered only after receiving a request via a support ticket.
You will not receive an automatic refund if you cancel a server
If you would like to see how our servers perform and if they suit you, we strongly encourage requesting a trial VPS before buying one in order to avoid potential refund requests.
I have paid my invoice with Bitcoin, but it still is "unpaid"
It is not uncommon for Bitcoin payments to take over 30 minutes to process due to the nature of blockchain and the necessity to confirm the validity of the transaction by gathering blockchain confirmation from various sources. Your invoice will be automatically marked as paid the moment the blockchain confirmations have been gathered and our payment processor flags the transaction as valid.
Is there are grace period for paying invoices?
Yes, there is a 3 day grace period for paying the invoice. After that the server will be suspended, but will be turned back on if the invoice is paid. Servers are terminated 14 days after the missed due date.
Can i change my billing cycle?
Yes, you can change your billing cycle in the server management page.
You can only change it to a longer billing cycle. If you would like to change it to a shorter billing cycle instead, please open a support ticket.
All outstanding invoices for the service must be paid before changing the billing cycle.
